Consultation
We will meet to explore your project, understand your vision, priorities, and goals. Through key questions, we'll define your objectives and create a tailored action plan to take your project from concept to completion.
Design
Now it's time to select your professional design team and create a concept plan. After your approval, we'll carry out preliminary pricing and check we're on track with your budget. Upon confirmation, final plans are submitted to the council for consent.
Costing and Contracts
Our Project Proposals are clear and comprehensive. Your proposal will be broken down with each stage priced separately. Your pricing will clearly state what is included and what is not so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Construction
Once construction is underway, we plan a weekly construction meeting. This meeting keeps you involved and informed on progress, allows you to meet with subcontractors on site, and allows us to talk through decisions and answer any questions
you may have.
Completion
